At Desk Text, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must submit a return request via email within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

2. Return Conditions

A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
    • You are not responsible for return shipping
    • We will provide a prepaid return label
    • A full refund or exchange will be issued once the item is received and inspected

B. Voluntary Returns (Change of Course or Personal Decision)

  • If the return is not due to an error or defect:
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs
    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

3. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days, provided the item meets return criteria

4. Rejected Returns
Returns may be rejected if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage
  • The item is not returned in original packaging
  • The return is initiated without prior approval
